Dhawan's 'Partner' records 50 days at the box office

David Dhawan's biggest success since his smash blockbuster Aankhen (Govinda, Chunkey Pandey), Partner, completes 50 days at the box office Friday.

After taking the best box office start of the year 2007, the film went on to hold itself quite well over the weeks, and consolidated its place in spite of tough competition from the likes of first Chak De India and later Heyy Babyy.

The entertainer has seen massive patronage globally, and has been a hit not just in India, but also overseas.

After raking in more than Rs.60 crore at the box office, the film is now running at only select screens. The film's DVDs are expected to hit the stands towards the end of September, and should only add on to the film's superb following over the weeks.
